    Looks like the EFL has just signed off on a big shake-up to the Championship play-offs. From the 2026-27 season onward, the end-of-season play-off race wonโ€™t stop at four clubs anymore โ€” itโ€™s set to include six teams instead. That could mean more sides in with a late shot at promotion and even more chaos on the final weeks.
